Welcome to Stella Pet Services' website. By booking services or using this site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Stella Russotti offers professional pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting services. All services are provided based on availability and the information given by the client at the time of booking.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their pets and home.

  • Disclose any behavioral concerns, medical needs, medications, or household instructions.

  • Ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations as recommended by their veterinarian.

  • Supply necessary items such as food, litter, leashes, and cleaning supplies for the duration of service.

  • Notify Stella of any changes to contact information or instructions.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Services must be booked in advance and are confirmed once a date and rate are agreed upon.

  • Payment terms will be discussed at booking; late payments or cancellations may be subject to fees.

  • Holiday rates or rush bookings may include an additional charge.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel a booking with reasonable notice. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds or credits are issued at Stella’s discretion based on notice given and time reserved.

5. Home Access

Clients are responsible for providing secure access to their home, including keys, key codes, or lockbox instructions.
Stella is not responsible for issues related to faulty locks, security systems, or access devices.

6. Pet Safety & Well-Being

Stella prioritizes the safety of all pets in her care. She reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or discontinue services if a pet shows aggressive, dangerous, or unsafe behavior.

  • Seek veterinary care if a pet appears ill or injured and the client cannot be reached.
    Veterinary costs are the responsibility of the client.

7. Home Care & Safety

While house sitting, Stella will follow all reasonable care instructions provided by the client.
She is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or issues in the home

  • Problems due to weather, power outages, or third-party failures

  • Anything outside her control

8. Liability

Stella will take all reasonable precautions to care for pets and property. However:

  • Clients agree to hold Stella harmless from liability for injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur due to circumstances outside her control.

  • Stella is not liable for pets that escape due to faulty fencing, insecure windows/doors, or incorrect instructions.

9. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling and providing services. Stella does not sell or share personal information.

10. Photos & Updates

Stella may take photos of pets for updates and communication.
Photos can be posted publicly without explicit consent.

11. Website Use

By using the website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse content

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality

  • Use the website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
    All content on this site is owned by Stella Russotti unless otherwise noted.

12. Changes to These Terms

Stella may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
